Since I discovered POTN in January 2007 you guys have cost me a small fortune.

I first got my 350D kit back in February 2007, but soon discovered it's limitations (plus the fact of changing lenses all the time). It has been a great camera for getting me back into slr's, and I have had some fantastic results from it.

Since Feb 07 I have bought:

Grip for 350D
Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5/5.6 L USM IS
Canon EF 17-40mm f4 L USM IS
Canon EF 100mm f2.8 USM Macro
Tamron AF 55-200mm f/4-5.6

Filters and Cards galore
Jessops 300AFDC flash
Lowepro Mini Trekker bag
Crumpler Bunny Man bag
Manfrotto 190CL Tripod + 390RC2 Head
Manfrotto 697B Monopod + 390RC2 Head

I just picked up the 40D and cannot wait to have a play with it.

Donations for this addiction you guys have passed onto me are more than welcome

I was about to deposit some money into you account but couldn't remember your account number so I spent it instead ;)

Have fun with your new toy. I know what you mean. I was content with my equipment for decades but now find myself upgrading often. Actually it started a few years ago when I switched to digital so maybe it’s not POTN but it’s the digital stuff. I need to go back to film. ;):)

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Just think---if you only bought one lens, you wouldn't change it so much and saved some money!
