Looks like the JP Enterprises brake is on upside down.

For those who don't know, 7.62mm is .30 caliber. That's bigger than the M-16 round (which is 5.56mm, or .223 caliber).

Google "Knob Creek machinegun shoot" and you'll find something worth photographing!

The brake is just hand tight because he goes from that teeth shaking brake to a suppresor a lot. I noticed that there have been a few strikes on that brake.

doesn't seem to be the best practice IMHO especially if there have been strikes on the brake *shrug* not my weapon though.

I cant believe you would go to the extent to post pictures of a war firearm on the internet....what a disgrace. you are basically supporting terrorism and glorifying killing of innocent people.....

ok im totally joking, i even have a concealed weapons permit lol......great picture....i tried to do that one night a long time ago with a canon s3is as the sun was going down, all i could really capture was the flash from my glock....nothing like yours though!

It took me along time to not miss getting up at 0 dark thirty, fuel samples, pre flight and launch. Man I missed flying. Not enough to go back in but I really missed flying.

Those old 46s were a rough ride. Auto rotations  noth'n at 6 flags come close.

I flew in both D & F models. The Es came in a year or so after I got out. We had the GE T-58 -10 engines.

my husband says the same thing. i was able to take one ride in them. when him and i first got married. they had a bunch of admin people out for training.. just threw me in some cammies, and a helmet, and i got to go. after the ride i asked him why fluid leaks all over, and he said. " if its not leaking then worry" lol.

it was pretty rough. but he says the 53's are rough because they fishtail. but he said that the army has the black hawks, and those are quiet, and very smooth ride.

he misses flying a lot. he flew for hours every day. they used to have 8 hour shifts when they were in iraq. 8 hours of flying over that place.

but luckily in his new job he does pretty much the same thing, but without the 50 cal hanging out of the door.

hes still doing what he loves doing. but he said flying with marines was better at any given time.

I did the Sandbox version 1.1.0 and spent many hours in Blackhawks in the crew seat. They are a great machine. I didn't get a M-2 to hang out the door though. I had a Delta model M-60.

Mark.

I heard M-14!

Great shot. Everything looks very sharp and clear and the casings always makes the shot, but that muzzle flash is something else. Sometimes I like to just bring my camera instead of firearms to shoots (I'm too lazy to clean afterwards :p).

Just one more thing, where do you get 7.62 to feed that machine with, its about 50 cents a round and where can I get some?:D

Love the Thompson pic.
