Tonight on September the 18th in some parts of USA the skys will be the clearist! Right after sunset you will be treated to a spectacular view of the Moon, Jupiter, and the super bright (not to us though) Antares star!

That site says Sept 17, but here in Ohio it will be tonight, the 18th.

Well, I know that Jupiter is close to the moon in view of the sky over the next couple of days. Not sure on the Antares star, though.

The sky is very clear tonight, but, alas, the moon has already dropped below tree level. Got a shot of it last night though.

I saw the moon tonight and it was absolutely beautiful!!! That was the first time I have seen it in a yellowish color. I was very excited!!. (I know it sounds kinda weird)

^^^Word! Personally, I don't believe in astrology, but then again I am a Sagittarius and we are naturally skeptic.

Sorry, /THREAD HIJACK.

I was going to comment on the wrong use of the word in this thread, but I see it's already been covered.
