I absolutely love the snake shot. I was a the Bronx Zoo this past weekend trying my hardest to catch something similar, but the exhibits were simply too dark for my little G9.

I'd have to agree with you Kevan. That really is the best snake shot I've ever seen. The lighting alone made that shot a clear winner. :)

Wow thanks a lot guys :) I appreciate the compliments :) The majority of my work is with reptiles and that was just too good of a pose to pass up. It was shot through glass at the Houston Zoo :)

I want to say thank you to the judges too, I just entered and didn't think I had a shot at winning. There are some absolutely FANTASTIC photographers on here...its a little intimidating lol
