Wouldn't trust it myself. Seller has no feedback in last 12 months, only 2 ever, and neither of those were for selling cameras or related equipment.

Must have dropped him due to a complaint. The link only shows normally priced cameras. The lowest price is $1269,

I see it, but check www.resellerratings.com (external link) first. I checked BAMSBARGAINS on resellerratings.com and it doesn't even showup. Although Amazon is supposedly doing their homework on these little rip companies, you have to take responsibility yourself and check them out. It simply isn't worth the hassle over a couple hundred since photography isn't a cheap man's hobby. Pay properly for it and use it.

Just make sure to buy using a credit card, or Paypal funded by your credit card. That way you have no risk. If it turns out to be a fraud, you just have the charges reversed and you aren't out a cent.
I bought a 30D before for 399US from a company and when it arrived it was a grey market refurb, with battery, charger, cable, etc all missing as he had wanted to sell those as add-ons and I said no knowing what would be in the box. So I contacted my credit card company to have the charges reversed, and then contacted the company to have them pay for shipping the camera back to them cause if they weren't going to pay for the shipping, I was going to ship it COD to cover my costs.
So you have nothing to lose except wasting some of your own time.
