I just completed a photo assignment for a magazine that is doing an article about a local winery. I used exposure bracketing on all the shots from the day just in case I decided I wanted to do some HDR work on them. I need to turn in the images by Monday and I'm torn on which set I should turn in. The non-hdr images are sharper of course but the hdr shows a larger range of color.

Which do you like best?

In the 1st post I like the 1st picture over the 2nd one, the 2nd has that obvious HDR look too it, which you have to like.

In your 2nd post, I prefer the 2nd picture. Awesome sky, good colors and good contrast. Plus it doesn't have that typical HDR look :)

These hardly look "hdr" from other attempts I have seen. I don't think either picture is much to look at though.
