An Ant

Having a drink of water i think. Sensor still dirty, rocket blower wont shift it. Not to sure wether its a good idea to clean sensor?

WRT the sensor- I normally repair clone out sensor spots until they just become too many. I've just tried a sensorklear pen from lenspen and that was the easiest clean I've done in a while. Other than that I've used the charged brush method which works for just dust spots and also have used the pecpad/eclipse fluid route (that gave me more problems than any). But whatever method I've always ended up with a clean sensor in the end even if i had a heart attack in the middle (lovely dirty streaks on the sensor)

unlike LordV I found the charged brush useless (want to buy one?) but have no problem with pec pads and eclipse fluid. This is for stubborn spots and Iprobably only use the wet method 3 times a year max, Rocket Blower shifts majority.

Never had to use anything other than the rocket blower as yet.

There, that's done it. Better order some eclipse...

As to the sensor cleaning, I'm too chicken to clean the thing myself. I'll use a small blower to get rid of *most* of the dust, but that's it. Anything more and I'll clone it out until it gets too bothersome, then I guess I'll send the camera back to Canon.
