is it expected to be served food if you attend the rehearsal?
I don't know. I don't care either way. Basically, I'm going to understand the flow of the wedding and how it will all play out.

My contract (for the actual wedding) states that if I am booked for more than 5 hours then a meal has to be provided www.forever-yesterday.com

The bride and groom invariably ask me to attend the dinner afterward. I usually capture some pretty neat candids while the guests are waiting for their food. It often the first time the brides friends/family and the grooms friends/family get a chance to meet. It's worth it for me. 7D, 85mm 1.8, 70-200mm 4.0 (non-IS), 24- 105mm 4.0, 430 EX (2X), and assorted useful accessories. (Some not so useful too!)

At a wedding it's in my contract that I eat at the same time as everyone else. It would feel very weird leaving a wedding with just one copy of the images, it feels much safer having them on a macbook and the cards as well and also knowing that weve been ab;e tp read all the cards before we left is reassuring. This really works for us but of course each to their own. Warwickshire Wedding Photographer
