I've got an Engagement Shoot tomorrow and I've been prepping for the past 2 weeks. Any last minute suggestions for poses, ideas, comments or words of encouragement.

This couple is giving me a shot and I feel if I do a good job they may let me do thier wedding and they've got lots of friends and family. This could be a big gig for me!

Thanks!

JA

Relax, Have fun. When the couple is comfortable the photos will follow. From most of the couples I have shot for engagements, they are nervous. by making the mood relaxed and easy going, I find better results in both the photos and gaining that connection that can lead to bookings. Use the location to your advantage and be creative. I have some photos on my flickr( link in sig) from a couple recent shoots your more than welcome to take a look for some ideas.

Charge your batteries!

And don't forget your CF card.

Wow! Thanks Karena. I'd been thinking of saving some pics on my CPU, but this idea is much better. I'm sure the couple will like to see some ideas as well.

You're quite welcome. It worked well for me to just have a couple sheets with me instead of tons of them

I do the same thing, I make "cheat sheets" before I do something new, however I wouldn't share them with anyone as it violates copyright and forum rule 1.5.
