Great that you're using Lightroom - I have the perfect solution for you (hopefully).
When in the develop module, after you've done one full edit to the photo (i.e. Color), press Command (PC: Control) + N to create a new snapshot and call it something appropriate (i.e. "Color").
Do your next edit (i.e. B&W) and again, press Command (PC: Control) + N to create a new snapshot, and call it something new (i.e. "B&W")
Repeat this for any other version you want to have, and then, with the photo still selected, press Commong (PC: Control) + ' (appostraphe) to create a "Virtual Copy" of it, for every effect you want. Then, in each version, change the snapshot to a different one.
Now you'll have 3 (or however many edits you have) versions of the photo.
