Select all > Ctrl S to write the metadata to file. At the moment it's only in LR's own library which PS can't read. When you save to file, it makes it available to other programs.

hi

even if i do that the keywords seem to work out incorrect almost like their is a maximum size for the field sentences chopped in half etc.

in the caption field its fine. the problem is I am submitting to a paper and the IPTC needs to be readable for them.

Related Q: When I add IPTC in iView, all is neatly transported to LR, except the rating?
On a side note: iView, PS and LR seem to have terrible difficulty in understanding signs like "©" and "é", resulting in my name having to be "Rene" rather then "René" in the IPTC and in the website title:(
