Do I need a release to publish pictures, that I shot of buildings on private property that are visible from public roadways.

You can display them on your website without any question. The gray area comes in when you attempt to sell these images for commercial gain and the buildings have an identifiable corporate identity. My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

Sep 23, 2007 13:49 | #4 I write a column for a small local paper (first time I've ever done this) my next column will be about old barns, homesteads and tobacco barns, mostly not in use and some in advanced disrepair.
