Grey Crowned Crane (I think ;) )

I took this pic a week ago at a wildlife park called Lake Tobias. I used my S3 in the P mode, ISO set at 100.

Any feedback would be appreciated!!!! I know it is a close crop. I had to crop out part of a fence!!
