Hi,
Your shots are great, A Yervant feel to them, if I may say so! It helps a lot when the bride is a babe as well. I don't think that woman could have a bad shot taken of her!

Tim - uncalled for and unnecessary. I think these shots are Jeff's best work, and you think that you can take a hit on the whole POTN boards and get away with it like this? Comon man, you know better. Grow up a bit.

I think working with Toogy has cost you some of your objectivity. A man gave his opinion, his HONEST opinion, and because you didn't agree it was uncalled for? Read it again. He did not say the shots were bad. He is actually giving him a great compliment in recognizing his vast potential. Everyone can get better, even the best. The best realise this and constantly try to improve. Perhaps you have a little growing up to do, also.

Tim's comments are fairly old news at this point. It would probably be better to limit comments to the photos. Let's not critique someone's critique of someone else's critique.;)

I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

TIm is the Simon Cowell of POTN... hahaha

I say that with respect... Honesty in this day and age is a rare thing. I hate political correctness, so I have to respect Tim for his honesty. But keep in mind that his opinions are just that. Opinions. I agree with some of what he said, and I disagree with some as well. But then that is my opinion. Both Tim and Jeff are way beyond me in skill and artistry so my opinion should be looked at with those "relativity" glasses on. ;)

About the pics... Jeff, do you actually have a Holga lens fitted to your camera, or is that an action? I like the Holga look. It's very retro and cool. And #7 just looks perfect. It's probably my favorite photo of the group... well that and #14 which is just awesome!.

I have a Holga that I bring to every wedding, but w/o an assistant I feel too busy to play around w/it. Maybe I should get that thing instead! Will it go on the 30D?

Beautiful shots, I gotta say one thing though. They should sew up the guys pockets, nothing worse than having a hand in a pocket in a shot. Love number 14 great catch

Are you serious? I always have guys put their hands in the pockets, to me it is a very natural pose.

Yes, it will work on any EOS mount camera.
