Formatted in FAT32 this morning which caused the camera to freak out a bit, reformatted in FAT and the camera is stuck formatting the card. Any thoughts? Pull the regular battery and D/T battery and try again?

bent pin, inside the f*cking camera. I think....

Stupid!!
Not a bent pin, one of the pins was push down into the camera.
Great.
Off to Canon.
Rule #198 - Have backup SD memory cards...
