changing shutter speeds out side of the AEB setting

If my understanding is correct, AEB wlll let me take 3 exposures, ie +2,0, -2.

What if I wanted to take 5 for an HDR. What is the best way to achieve this without touching the camera? my concern if I do the adjustment on the camera it will cause some movement from one exposure to the next.

I assume you're using a tripod? If it's substantial enough, you should be able to just shoot in Manual and adjust the f/stop as desired without losing registration.
