My 10D broke a couple of weeks back and insted of getting it fixed i was thinking of just buying a new camera

Ive been looking at the 400D (mainly because at the moment my buget is abit tight )

I was wondering if people with 400D's could post some pics to help me decide, and any advice on the camera would also help

And pics of motorsport please as thats what i shoot

Many Thanks

Richard

Can I jump in and say why not get a 20D second hand for about £350. At least that's on the same level as the 10D, and it's a bit of an upgrade too!

I picked up a factory refurb 30D from ebay for £430. Its direct from Canon and comes with a years warrenty.

The Canon Outlet shop is at http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Canon-Outlet (external link). It took me a little while to get one at the right price as some of them were going for £470 ish, but with a little patience you should be able to pick up a barg. QUick delivery too.

I use my 400D/XTi for motorsports. It has proven to be a very nice camera. It seems to be sensitive to ISO unless you are using a nice lens.

I don't suggest it because the 30D and the 40D are far nicer and not too far off in price.
