blue damsel/hopper/mountain lizard

three recent shots for you all. shot with 105mm macro.

first off is the blue damsel. i know where to get the i.d but am a bit lazy right now.

then we have one of the grasshopper species, about 1-2 inches in length depeding on each one.

and one of the lizard species, they love to pose for the camera unlike some other species.

That damsel is a lovely shade of blue. I see what you mean about the lizard loving to pose. That one looks really smug that you're taking his picture.

thanks everyone, there are thousands of those blue damsels around.

dreamline the lizard yea they do that sometimes. most run like hell but some just love the fame haha.
