I'm looking forward to the ID Douglas...as Gary says its probably a common yellow throat, but it could be a Nashville Warbler as well, both are common around here.

I'm with Gary and leaning towards the common yellow throat based on my Sibley's. BTW, nice shot there Douglas!

Nice shot with the fall colors

I thought Nashville at first but now think Common Yellow Throat Juvie is more likely. The Fall is the toughest time to identify Warblers and it drives me nuts. If postiemon, Rubberhead, dancad .....see this post you will get a definite ID.

Thanks Daniel, I need to brush up on my identification, mabe with my new book I pick up tommorow will help. As one person said, fall warblers are hard and there is not many pictures to use as a guide. Thanks.
