Mine doesn't fully extend to the edges, but it does go about halfway (maybe three quarters) to the edge. Not that it matters much, it's not like I'm stuffing it full. Mine only has my Gray card in it.

weird
mine stops where the mesh stops

Odd... maybe they're changing things from time to time and not telling anyone. :p

the sides go all the way thru under the fabric

it stops on the bottom part where the handle is

the older 6mdh goes all the way down...even passed under the handle

i was able to store small cf card cases under the handle area when i close the flap

but now wit the new 6mdh...it has to go all the way to the front of the flap...
very annoying since i have to slide the cases around before i close it

i bought a 6mdh earlier in the week and i'm just waiting for it to arrive, hopefully tomorrow =) .... i wanted something that didn't look so much like a camera bag and that would be great to carry for a couple hours while walking the city or something. for flights that required taking a plane and day long trips i bought a kata dr-467 that got here this morning and i love it, it'll fit easily under the seat of a plane as i hate checking in luggage

Got a 5MDH for street shooting about a month ago. It was funny I was walking around SoHo in NYC about to grab a cab to B&H to get the bag when I stopped on the street corner and turned to my right and low and behold a Crumpler store. It worked great with 40D, 85mm and Sigma 20mm. I went back to a 17-40 and I can make all my gear fit barely. 40D, 17-40 and 70-200.

Received my 6MDH the other day and its working great so far. It's actually a little smaller than I thought it would be. I'm able to fit my 5D2 along with my 24-105L, 135L, Sigma 50, 70-200 f/4 IS, and Canon 85 1.8.

Loving this thing. Allows me to such much more freely, as opposed to having my gear on back in a backpack.

Ha, I created this amazingly genius contraption to carry my monopod with the 7MDH Classic! Only needed two carabiners and a bag of bungee cords from the dollar store to build it. :D

Sorry about the quality of the image and the sexiness of my calves, I couldn't help it.

Look behind you! A three-lensed camera!

Pretty much how I'm carrying my monopod with my 6MDH v2. Yours is actually more convenient since you can open your bag and access your gear without holding onto the monopod.

As per request, some shots of my Crumpler attachments. We know what my Blue Thirsty Al can hold and my battery holder can do, but I picked up a Crumpler John Thursday and now attached is my Crumpler Bundle.
