First Hover Fly, I think.

I'm thinking that this is a hover fly, but I'm not sure. I didn't realize how small they are. After I finally got him to land, he didn't seem at all bothered by the flash.
I'm guessing he was 9-10 mm long.

C&C welcome and positive ID please.
