Congrats on the camera. I think I'm going to wait until Tax time comes around.

I do! I would never consider shipping here at work. We only hire shipping gorillas that were deemed to aggressive and rough for the post office. A lot of that has to do with the fact that we are shipping 1500 pound base stations and these guys need some serious upper body mass to get these beasts moving. I fear a 40D would be used by one of our shipping gorillas as something to practice tossing the long bomb to one of his buds. Not sure why, but call me JJ.

There was a time when I would - and have - but we've put on a bunch of college kids and temps, and since then... I'm in the IT department, and since we hired all of them, let's see... what's gone missing?
It's not unusual for me to have $20k worth of gear sitting on my desk, that I cannot lock up.... so I'm amazed that's all that we've had come up missing. They keep talking about putting a locking door to the office... -Rich

I've only had the opportunity to test it twice with my kids in the backyard since receiving it this week. The real test will be tonight at my older son's football...um, now where did that manual go???? Tons of settings... Denise

They keep talking about putting a locking door to the office... I perfectly understand what each of you has said. I suppose I am fortunate that such happenings do not occur where I work. Our mail guys always do an awesome job, especially concerning personal packages, and we make sure to show them our appreciation whenever we can. With that said, the other reason I don't fear for, say, a 40D arriving at work is that my department probably has the highest ratio of personal mail/packages to official company mail/packages in our division, and nothing has ever gone missing. The mail guys enjoy bringing us our clothes, books, and electronics just as much as we are excited about receiving them, LoL. Alex | flickr
