...so forgive me in advance for being such a newb. :( I need something small, discreet, and will simply hold a 5D + 24-70L, and maybe a 580ex. I was thinking about the Crumpler 5MDH, but wasn't sure if it'll accommodate the rig.

I've got a Lowepro Computrekker AW Plus that pretty much hauls everything, a Lowepro 75 AW + LC-3 for when I just need the mission essentials for light duty, a black messenger bag with Domke inserts for... some reason, and a photo vest for high adventure photo safari in Lithuania's metropolitan outback, or trekking on Tatooine. What I don't have is a sleek, small, fashionable, bag that doesn't look like a camera bag obviously, and I'm burned out and too tired to research via "Google" or using the "Search" function, and I've got to get up super early to attend a conference all day. Please help. Thanks.

Yes! Mine holds my 20D w/ 18-50 F2.8 attached 430EX and 70-200 F2.8. I wish I could get a pic, but my g/f has my S3. I'll get a pic of the setup though with my 20D out.

EDIT: w/e is cheapest.

20D goes int he empty space, vertically, as in the shutter button is at the top. Closes how I like. Not on the velcro so I only deal with the clip.

What are you trying to say, dude? I want sleek, not feminine! It's got to be somewhat manly... Oh no. You think I'm gay.

Lordy Lordy...I LOVE my Kata H-14 for these purposes. Fits the 5D and 24-70L with hood in shooting position, like a damn glove.

I'm a fan of my Lowepro Micro Trekker 200... I'm not sure, though, if it's exactly what you're looking for, though. I like it because it looks like a backpack.

It comes in black and green.

ONE handsome husband + THREE cute puppies + ONE 30D + THREE pieces of glass (Nifty Fifty, 18-55IS, 55-250) = ONE happy EmmyLou!

I need a smaller bag and was seriously considering the Think Tank Digital Holster 20 (external link) or another Domke.

A great site to check out bags and what they hold is CAMBAGS.COM (external link). Go there and if you know what type of bag you want (i.e. shoulder, holster etc.) click on bag type to narrow your search, from there you can narrow it further if you have a certain name brand in mind.

Happy hunting sir ;)

Haha.. sorry Lord, didn't see that line...

Not for a second that I ever thought of that...

But as the inventor of man panties, you're entitled to a very cute man purse :)

Kidding aside, I think the Domke F-3x or the 5 MDH is a good fit, doesn't look like a camera bag and plenty of room.

Backpack wise, I have a small Lowe Pro Micro Trekker 200 that is not too big or small, but it's a backpack.

For just the 5D and 24-105, any backpack would do, heck you can even get a day bag and throw in the domke insert. That's how I carry the 1D MK2 and 24-70 now, in my day backpack.

I've already got a toploader 75 AW as stated in my original post. Looking for something that looks like a messenger bag or "man purse" if you will.

Nah. I don't need yet another backpack. ;)

The Think Tank still screams "camera bag", and I need a bag for when I want to go incognito. I'll check out the web site though.
