probably my first post here (strange!) this picture was taken last night while out with a large number of local & not so local POTN'ers. Funny how seeing needlessly broken things can set one off...

some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:

Duncan had to take a double take as to how the broken bit is at the wrong end. Looks like some one move and re-placed it.

Image seems a little blotchy in places, compression artifacts? Aside from that I love the composition and feel, very sombre.

Mindless for sure. To land like that, it would have taken a mighty impact force at the base...
Might be a good contender for duplicating layer and setting blend mode to multiply.
