Canon 40D w/grip, 85mm f/1.8, 50mm f/1.8, 20k lumen studio fluorescent DIY light kit, 2 strobe studio kit, 580exII, PW's.

cricketboy75 Senior Member 665 posts Joined Aug 2007 More info | Sep 28, 2007 10:57 | #4 definitely xti if you can afford it. the AF seems faster and more accurante and high iso shots looks better to me too. a friend of mine has the xti and it's very impressive. about as good IQ as a 30D or a 40D i reckon.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.

Actually both the XT and the XTi both have issues. XT = a hair overexposed and the XTi a hair underexposed. But, it’s really a non issue. You can set EC +-1/3 stop to compensate, or shoot in the raw, or shoot manual. It’s really not a very big issue. Not sure why, but call me JJ.
