Nice shot, lovely light and Skylab has spotted a Crab Spider - Hoverfly beware!

The bee is a hoverfly as Toby suggests but I think it's a bit big to worry about the spider. LordV and others probably know the latin name as they're cleverclogs.

two for one. was gonna say looks like a hoverfly but i guess everyone else already had.

Lovely shot- One of the Drone fly hoverflies- Eristalis sp. - suspect it probably scared the spider off the flower

@ Brian - I've been looking through your FlickR account and (no doubt as many before me) am in awe at your skill. I particularly like your dewdrop photos and will have to try this myself. Can I ask what flash you use?
