whcc test prints

Got mine in the mail today and they are off! The prints are darker and have more orange in them. I am using huey. What have you experienced with your test prints from whcc.

My prints don't seem to be off. If your monitor calibrated?

Yeah, it's supposed to. I don't like my Huey. The "uncorrected" looked better than the "corrected". And, even after I clicked "Cool, High Contrast" it is still too orange. :confused: I still haven't been able to get it right (I just bought a new monitor).


*Gear: 5D Mark II, 2 5D's, 30D, 85mm 1.8, 50mm 1.4, 24mmL 1.4, 45mm TS-E, 16-35mmL 2.8 II, 70-200L 2.8 IS, 100mm 2.8 macro, 15mm 2.8 fisheye, 580EXII, 580EX, 430EX, AB 800, AB Ring flash, lots of PW's, stands, umbrellas, etc.

i use eye one and my whcc prints are always dead on. i would try and recalibrate.

I use whcc exclusively along with my S-IPS panel Dell 2005FPW monitor. They come back very slightly darker than what I see on screen but this is because I can not lower the brightness on my monitor anymore.

Whatever software your using (DPP or PhotoShop) make sure that a color profile is attached even if it is srgb.

It says 20, put when I put it on 0 there is no change...

So I recalibrated. Same thing. I think I am going to contact whcc and see if I sent the color profile.
