A few flower shots...

Took these nearly a week ago, been meaning to post them. Was trying to be abstract The first shot is not colour corrected and the balance is off by a fair bit. I tried both corrected and uncorrected versions of this shot and preferred the warmth of the uncorrected version.

The 2nd shot is corrected and a 100% crop.

like them both Dave. i was trying something like that about a month ago. couldn't get what i want so deleted them.

#2 is gorgeous Dave, really eye-catching. Not so keen on #1 tho, but gotta say #2 is really special.

Thanks guys! I'm very partial to warm reds and yellows, which is what attracted me to #1, I realise that it's not everyone's cuppa #2 is a 100% crop from another shot in the series, I was surprised to get that much detail from the crop (but delighted).
