Anyone know how to do this?

I have a Manual USB switch and I am tring to hook up my two computers together and I want to be able to see my 3 external hard drives from each computer.

You would think it's simple but I'm all kinds of confused right now

You need to setup network between the computers then you can share the usb drives between them.

Another option is to buy a network storage that supports usb dirves. Then you can connect the usb drives to the network storage and all can be accessed from the network.

Check for the Linksys NSLU2... great little thing that act as a NAS using external USB drives... Not to pricey.

And you need a router...
