Starting from my first attempt when I was just starting up with a dslr and knew nothing other than point and shoot, up to my last where my skills can be classified as "getting there" . Must be time to go and try again

Thanks alot for these shots, a hard bird to capture no doubt. I think it must be related to an owl somehow, just from the body type. Thanks again for post it for me...steve

Nice shots of this bird Sandsa. How big is he? He looks fairly large.

No problems Steve. I'm kind of partial to these guys as well.

Mitch: These guys are between 35-50cm long. If I remember right, the last one was full-frame.
