What camera?

Try Av, Tv, M, P and switch the drive to continuous.

That was one of the first things you pick up. Its the button below AV (to the right of the LCD display).

You may wish to also read about the AI Focus and AI Servo from the manual. Read the booklet you got with it, it really does help.

Another shout out, read your manual from cover to cover. Without you will not use all the cameras facilities, Promise you!!

Definitely a case where reading the manual is a greater benefit than just asking on a forum. You'll find out alot more than just what you're asking about. There really is useful information in it.

Do not insist on that too much.
OP got the same advice 7 weeks ago, but he/she obviously ignored it.

Heck, even if you don't read the manual, just play around with the settings and you'll learn that way. Thats how my wife learned to use the 400D and is very compitent on the camera.

Oh, oh well.

And it also goes to show that it can be ALOT faster getting the info by reading the manual than by posting in some cases, as it wouldn't have taken 7 weeks to flip through it.
