Personally i don't like it as it is all too in yer face.
On the other hand i think you have done a great job in the creation of it.

Try to tone it all down a little.

I'll risk saying the following... Have others considered the cultural background of both the photographer and the couple? I am no expert of it but I have seen similar calendars and other publications and suppose (just suppose) that such a style is well-regarded and enjoyed, now and in 50 years... We can't stamp everything with modern western vision. QX, correct me if I'm wrong.

You are right about it Zorz .

Like i said early in this thread this is the new styles and the client want it that way .It's hard for me to explain to whole culture thing and the way we did wedding .

The wedding date is 2 more week from now ,but they want to do the album shot first .We alway take the wedding photo early in 3 or 4 week before the actual wedding date .I can't speak for the whole asian region ,but for Vietnamese people wedding that is the way we did.

And for the album , some young people they like new style ,but some people they like the classic old style .I have to show them difference style album and they pick the one they like ,I have to do what they want not what I want

As long as they happy ...I get paid and more client from them .

I really like the album. For those who don't like it, I think it has to do with background and personal preferences. But to me, the whole album looks really good. And I would say many of the people I know (Vietnamese) would love the style.
Just my opinion though.

Not my style either. I'm glad the couple like it, however, and that is who needs to like it.

I agree. As a first generation Viet, I'd consider these layouts are very "Vietnamese" in style. This style is what many traditional or older Vietnamese clients look for - bright, bold colors and fancy script.
