I think this is a nymph Garden Symphylan, i had to Google to find that out (i could be wrong though).

This one was perhaps around about 3mm at a push :) ...

I`m not sure what it is really, as i dont see many of them, there supposed to live under the soil, but this one was walking about on the surface, maybe when the ground is waterlogged they have to surface for air :) ...

I have seen this happen when the original poster has used 'www.photography-on-the.net/forum...' and the viewer has accessed the site using 'photography-on-the.net/forum...' (without the www) It's something to do with permissions.
