i have the canon 50 1.8, cant pay out money for a macro lens yet, so would getting a macro filter for the nifty fifty work??? Has anyone tried it, does it produce ok results???

Has anyone tried it, does it produce ok results??? You'd get better shots if you could get a set of Kenko extension tubes (or pro-optic from Adorama in the U.S. or Jessops set in the UK). The Raynox macro lens attachments wont give you much working room with that lens.
