I think/suspect this is a Gall Wasp, but i could be wrong, it was around 2mm.

I dont know why but i couldent expose its facial features ...

Its a lovely shot and those wings really are unusual and gorgeous. I think the 'feature' of the insect is definately its wings, so the lack of detail of the face is a small price to pay.

Nice shot I like the "feel" of it. You probably couldn't expose its face because it has a smooth and shiny face.

Those wings are great.

I agree with omri regarding the facial exposure. Black eyes, black face, facing away from the light. It would take a miracle to expose the face without blowing the wings.
