Have not been able to get out much due to the terrible autumnal weather of late!
Also, college is taking up a lot of my time now. The three refraction shots were taken this afternoon - nothing much else was really on offer. One great thing about the weather is the abundance of perfectly formed droplets of water, on stems and leaves of plants.

The Spider shot was taken yesterday - it was hiding in a clothes peg during the heavy rain. :D

Great captures MM.

That spider is too clever by half.

Lovely refraction shots. I'd have to say #2 is the winner for me, though it's definitely a close race. Nice colours and contrasts.

Very nice shots. Strange, I prefer the composition of #1, but the flower refractions in the drops in #2 are sharper, so I like it as well. Very clever spider, and I have seen a spider do this before. Nice, vibrant colours, almost Velvia like.

Thank you all for your very, very kind words, most appreciated!

Yes, the Spider was using the old noodle there. He even made a small web within it I think, obviously to keep him from falling out in the wind!

Thank you again for your lovely words. :D

Wonderful shots. I really like the spider shot. Spiders are so funny. They will build a web just about anywhere. I was replacing the coil on my car, one of those new modular ones and underneath the coil was a spider web and several shed exoskeletons. What the heck the little guy was doing nestled next to a hot motor I'll never know, but obviously he was there for a while.

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.
