second camera? I am thinking about getting a smaller camera to take along when my Xti might not be suitable.

I've been looking and just have not been satisfied with the clarity of the photos that I have seen. I know, I know...the Xti has spoiled me forever but is there a camera close?

Please tell me what make, model you have and what you like most about it? If you want to include a picture that would be awesome.

Isn't an XTi a small camera? :) Just teasing. I have a S230 and an S3 IS that get used sometimes when I want to carry something light and simple.

I had a SD400 P&S before I got my Rebel XT and it served as my backup camera. Now that I have a 40D, my XT took the role of the smaller secondary camera. :D

Imagine when I get my hands on a 1D series...

I have XTI for second body and Powershot S5 IS when I don't want to carry all the gears. Need something to take XTI's place.

The best zoom lens is two steps forward, and the best wide angle lens is two steps backward.

Get another XTi like I did. At this price why not?

Have a short lens on one and a long on the other. Your set.

6D, 60D, Various L and non-L Lenses and more gear than I have time to use. ;)

SD800IS. I likey. Sometimes a 30D with L glass is just too bulky. However, it rarely leaves my side.

I picked up a Sony Cybershot T50 a couple weeks ago. I've been wanting a small camera for a while, just to have with me at work, in the car, etc. It was on close-out at OfficeMax, as they were making room for the new models---1/2 price, so I couldn't pass it up. It is a 7mp and takes excellent pictures.

The only drawback? No RAW!! What the heck?!

My hubby likes it so much, he just bought himself one as well.
