I'd really recommend the Canon 100mm or Sigma 105mm. The Sigma 150mm is a very good lens, but it is a heavy lens, and whilst it's not impossible to do handheld macro shooting with it, it does make life more difficult.

From what I can see on Photozone and SLRGear, the Sigma 105 seems to be a sharper lens than the Canon 100. Seems a lot of very accomplished photogs are using it as well. I've wondered about the softness at f/2.8 (I would like to use it as a short telephoto as well) and the vignetting at that aperature. The Sigma seems to edge it out here, but then that's really not a major concern in a macro lens I guess.

Accidently taken at F2.8 with a sigma 105 :)

EFS 60 would be the easiest to hand hold, very good portrait lens too.
