Greetings all,

I was wondering if anyone knows where can one get canon eos 30d parts? I dropped the camera and got my self a crack on the back part of the enclosure beneath the ON/OFF switch. THe camera is in ON mode now and can't switch it to OFF as I have a bump where the crack is. I found the 20d catalog and I know the part is different, I just wanted to illustrate what I need, if I could only get a part no. that would help as well. Thank you.

tell them that you need a replacement part and they will give you the correct number for parts service. I had to order a screw for my 1d a few weeks back and it was quick and painless.

I just called the CANON service number and I must say that this was the most pleasant conversation I ever had with any tech companies/services I have ever had. I the mater of minutes I got the part number that I want to run by you all cg2-1814.

Anyone out there with a canon EOS 30D service manual? Thank you.
