Biggest problem im having is remembering which shot is what life size..how do u guys over come this..?i keep forgetting what life size i have been shooting at

wright it down on paper as u go?
save it in your camera?

To answer the OP's question, I usually just do it by memory. I know I usually shoot at 2:1, unless the bug is too big. Then I shoot at 1:1. If the bug is too small, I go to between 3:1-4:1.
