I have a question folks since I don't have any 2.8 lenses should I be concerned about that?

In other words I have 14 days to return the cam for a full refund, but with the lenses I have listed here, is this good enough to see what issues I may have if any?

I can't borrow one, don't know anyone, doubt the store will loan me one, so if it is highly advised that I trial it with a 2.8 I will have to buy one probably a Sigma.

Ouch my wallet is starting to hurt already!!!

Was it ever en issue with your MarkIIn...

I would not see why this would be an issue.
If you are close to Toronto or Ottawa.

Henrys offer rentals, Vistek also and headshots.

Enjoy the new toy and do not let your head ruin this homecoming :P

no never an issue with the n but as usual you read issues with 2.8 so I was just wondering whether I should pursue a 2.8 rental like you suggested?
