5D Shutter release sticking!

Has anyone ever had any problems with the shutter release button sticking on the 5D? Mine keeps getting stuck between up and AE/AF lock. I can tell when it happens because it looses it's cusion feel and won't come out of shooting mode :(.

Any suggestions, or will this one have to go back too? Not having much luck with the 5D :mad:
