I posted this in the Nature section but was told to post it here, as I would get more chance of an ID. Would anyone happen to know what this little beauty is called? Shot in the east coast of Scotland, UK. He/she was around 4mm body length.

We have a similar insect here in Tennessee.
Looks the same, just a different color.
