I use the inner points. You have to set it in your CFn menu buddy. How's the trip?

I have selection of the ROF points on My Menu for quick access.
Hope you had a good time. Post some pics, please.

The best zoom lens is two steps forward, and the best wide angle lens is two steps backward.

Let me correct myself. If you are using center point, use the inner points points to assist in aquiring focus. I hope you brought your manual Pat. :)

there is only one "ring of fire", and by definition it's all points by default.however you can set your camera to use just the center circle by using af expansion as jdizzle mentioned, or you can manually select any point you wish (there is a cf to let you only use the center 9+center points, outer 9+center points, or all, in case you never need one or the other). still, there will only be one ROF ;)

I don't hate macs or OSX, I hate people and statements that portray them as better than anything else. Macs are A solution, not THE solution. Get a good desktop i7 with Windows 7 and come tell me that sucks for photo or video editing.

darn it - no, i've not brought my manual with me. ;-P i'll just have to try and find it on the menus later on today.

the trip is going well so far - my feet are killing me today!!! it's hot and humid. not done any night shooting yet. we're too far away from disney i'm afraid altho i'm right next door to universal so i might try shooting night scenes there one night.

thanks
