I also use a CPL to help keep aperture wide enough and shutter speed slow enough to give me blurred props with minimal dust spots showing up.

I bought an 8GB Ridata 150X card and im really happy with it. that place sells all the new UDMA stuff and its totally compatible with all CF camera's, but if you couple it with a UDMA card reader, like the firewire 800 lexar UDMA CF reader, about $62.00 you get about 45 megs actual download speed, depending on the UDMA card you buy.
