I've love to shoot a white wedding (snow), in January 2008 in UK before heading back to New Zealand.

Only have 1 wedding for a family member in February (hence the return to NZ), but still undecided whether I will stay in NZ or return to UK - if back in NZ, will focus on photography, advertise and double/triple my prices. (I'm on the budget end, but need to recoup the 1D MkIII cost, and believe clients would be getting their moneys' worth)

I am hoping for a snowy one next year as well, but if this years anything to go by we have a slim chance of one, more likely a wet grey one in the uk :)

Our first wedding of next year is 19th Jan so thats probably the best bet although we do also have 3 in March and one of those is in Scotland so we have a few opportunities.

I would settle for a summer with a bit less rain than we have had this year though.

This maybe off topic a little but three things that have been working for me are...

1) Pictobooks - 90% of my clients pick the biggest package when they see this book.
2) Advertising with online wedding photographers website - Most Brides are super web savy nowa day.
3) Bride Expos - When people see how cool and personable you are they'll book.

Oh one more... haha... Get that Show it web pro! It's a very emotional sale piece... wow em!

Excuse my English. Sometime I don't explain myself very well.

Here's a perfect example :) http://www.ctphotographers.com …n=CTPhotographerscom_list (external link)

I'd like to have booked 20+ weddings (6 so far)
Picked up some decent glass
replace my wifes Olympus E-500 with a D40 (can't figure out why she loves the E500?!) but she gets great shots with it so I'm not fighting it! lol
Get my Portrait side of my company more expsoure so I can quit my day job
GET MORE ORGANIZED!!
