Very nice! I like the second over the first! I think # 2 is better because the wings are leveled and so is the DF. Nice bohek on them!

Good shots Greg - lovely looking Dragonfly. I like both shots, can't pick a fave. I take it this was with the 180mm f3.5L? Nice background bokeh.

Thanks Dave, yes it was with the 180. It does give some very nice Bokeh. This was down at Oxley Creek Common also.

Thanks, not sure on the ID, I picked up a Dragonfly Identification book (external link) from the CSIRO (Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation) a little while ago and found I'd just about need a Degree in Entomology to read it. It's not written for the layman, or at least not for quick and easy identification.
