This is how my 30D sensor looks like.

What do you guys think?

I have never cleaned a sensor before I am afraid to ruin my camera. But it is bothering me, specially when doing landscape.

 Holy cow!

Jeez mate, that needs a clean!!

There's LOADS of topics about it on the forum, and here's a recent one:

https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=387792

Look at the link DDan has posted.
There's more than enough info on there about how to do it/what products to use etc....

I am by NO MEANS a pro at this, but a bit of basic advice from me is to get a rocket blower and try that first, then maybe consider a wet clean if it doesn't help.
I wet clean very frequently, and never done my sensor's or camera's any harm.

Hi Simon!

Whew, I just got my 30D last week and tried to blow some dust off of the sensor yesterday afternoon, and now there is dust on the focus screen! Someone replied to my post and said that the dust on the focus screen was probably from the manufacturing process, dust or whatever left in the sensor area when they assembled it. Instead of buying the $70 wet cleaning kit, I'm going to pay the $20 and let Canon clean it for me.

Good Luck!

Used a rocket blower to clean my 1D's for some time but found that it was either just blowing it around the chamber or adding more dust that had collected in the rocket blower while it was in my bag. Now i use sensor swabs on all my cameras as often as needed and it makes a load of difference and if you are away on holiday etc sometimes it will not be convenient to send your camera to Canon for cleaning and once you get the hang of cleaning the sensor it only takes seconds and you can do it as often as needed.

That's a lot of dust, but it does look like f22 or higher. Since you have a dSLR I suggest you learn how to clean it yourself. There are a few cleaning kits/aids out there.

I use copperhill, but the PEC Pads and Eclipse solution can be bought by yourself, their special items are the spatula and dry brush.
