Most cleaning is on a as need basis with obvious daily use precautions being adhered to. Cheers,

I clean the sensor when I start to notice any dust. Then I send in the camera for a new shutter just shy of its expected life cycle (250K actuations for the 1DsII). Oh, and I wipe it down after shooting with it in the rain. Thats really it. Built like tanks! Stephen

I clean the sensor for dust issues as required. If there's only a few, I don't worry about it and just use Photoshop's spot healer brush to fix them.
