I've lowered the contrast quite a bit on this one. That seems to help even out the skin tone a lot.

This is absolutely precious.. I think you should flip it and make it a wrap around cover for one of those photo books you can make full bleed... :).... there are lots of places where you can make a book, .... blurb, shutterfly, flickr, askua, heritage makers, etc....
